Tokyo is home to 2 Michelin ramen shops - and this one (Nakiryu) has an instant ramen!
The ramen is a high-level, tasty tantanmen (a spicier style of ramen). It's perfectly layered. You have creaminess coming from white sesame paste, and spiciness from their special raiyu chili oil. Rounding out the bow is minced pork and negi.
- Boil 430 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely)
- Place toppings in brown packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place red and green packets (soup) on top to heat
- Break up noodles and pour in red and green packets, mix soup and you're ready!
