SHINJUKU

We're starting in Shinjuku, Tokyo's biggest entertainment district. Shinjuku is the Tokyo you see in movies. It's almost overwhelming, with its neon-drenched streets and endless crowds.

But with this sheer size comes an overwhelming amount of ramen choices. It's no surprise that Shinjuku is one of Tokyo's most competitive ramen neighborhoods. From one of Japan's highest ranked ramen shops, Shima, to tourist favorite Fuunji, Shinjuku doesn't mess around.
