Ichiran has confidently set a higher price (about 2x normal) for this one. Perhaps it's warranted - this one is like the real thing! Their signature silky pork bone soup is matched up with properly thin noodles and their secret spicy red sauce.

How much does shipping cost?


We're happy to inform you that shipping is free for all ramen packs! The declared value of each pack is normally under the allowed duty free amount for most countries. However, please note that depending on your country's import laws, there may be additional custom fees.




When will my pack ship?


After your purchase, your ramen pack will be shipped within 7 days. You'll receive a confirmation email and another email as soon as the pack has been shipped.




What is the estimated delivery time?


Due to the global pandemic and its effect on logistics, there's a strong possiblity of shipping delays. Through Japan Post, it often takes 2-3 weeks. But please note that this can even become 2-3 months, depending on the country and current circumstances.




Are shipments tracked?


Tracking is currently not included for the US and Australia (by airmail). For all other countries, tracking is included.

Subscriptions

How do your subscriptions work?


When you subscribe to a ramen plan, you’ll pay for the first month at checkout. We’ll then ship your first ramen pack to you within 7 working days. After this, you’ll be billed on the same day each month until the end of your subscription. Example: You sign up on March 17th and pay for the first month. The next payment will be April 17th and so on until the end of your subscription. We’ll always ship your ramen pack within 7 working days after you order. Will my subscription automatically renew?


No, your subscription will last until the end of the term chosen by you. This means that if you have a 12 month subscription, your subscription will automatically end after the last month of payment (the 12th month).




How do I cancel my subscription?


Log into your Instantramen.jp account and go to “my subscriptions”. From there, please select “Unsubscribe”.

My ramen has not arrived yet, what now?


We send all our ramen packs by airmail to ensure that they reach you as quickly as possible. However, please note that the delivery can be affected by the number of available flights, national holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. If your package has not arrived 4 weeks after you’ve ordered, please contact us at support@5amramen.com and we’ll promptly look into it.




When I opened my package one of the items was damaged


We try our best to package the ramen in a manner that should prevent breakage. But if this does occur, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item: support@5amramen.com
