Children are absolutely welcome, and there are no age restrictions for our tours. However, please note that some tours, like the Ultimate Ramen Tasting Tour, involve a fair amount of walking.
We recommend comfortable clothing and shoes, especially for tours with some walking. Most importantly—bring your appetite!
The meeting point varies depending on the ramen tour. If you prefer more flexibility, we recommend booking a private ramen tour, where we can arrange a convenient meeting location.
Our tours typically range from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the tour you choose.
Our tours do not include travel costs. The tour price covers the experiences and food/beverages within the tour itself. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the tour starting point, as well as (potentially) during the tour.
Cancellations 72 hours or more before the tour: Full refund
Cancellations less than 72 hours before the tour: Full charge applies
Group tour sizes typically range from 6 to 10 people, depending on the tour. If you have special requests or a larger group, feel free to contact us—we're happy to help!
Yes, we strongly recommend having travel insurance. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure guest safety, our company does not provide coverage for injuries, illnesses, or lost property. Please ensure your travel insurance includes guided tours and local transportation.
Yes, our tours are currently conducted only in English.
Some locations may have accessibility limitations, but we’d be happy to arrange a private ramen tour that is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us to discuss options.
