Ultimate Ramen Tasting Tour in Shinjuku (3 Hours)
Classic Tokyo Ramen to Modern Fusion
At three award-winning ramen shops, you'll taste 6 completely different mini bowls — quarter-size portions made exclusively for this tour, so you can explore widely without filling up too fast. You'll build your own lineup, choosing 6 bowls from 11 available styles, which means two people sharing can taste nearly all of them.
The route moves from a classic Tokyo shoyu shop, to a tsukemen specialist working in both traditional and modern styles, to a final stop doing something less expected — luxurious chicken and fish ramen, or a savory curry bowl.
Between stops, your guide breaks down what you're tasting: regional roots, broth techniques, how each bowl comes together, with visual handouts along the way. The tour spans Central Shinjuku and either Akasaka-Mitsuke or Ebisu.
