At three award-winning ramen shops, you'll taste 6 completely different mini bowls — quarter-size portions made exclusively for this tour, so you can explore widely without filling up too fast. You'll build your own lineup, choosing 6 bowls from 12 available styles, which means two people sharing can taste all twelve.

The route opens with regional styles from Kyushu — Nagasaki champon, Miyazaki chicken ramen, and an original soupless bowl — then moves to a shop working through chicken broths from shoyu and shio to tantanmen, and finishes with thick, rich tsukemen in styles like garlic shoyu and tonkotsu gyokai.

Between stops, your guide breaks down what you're tasting: regional traditions, modern techniques, how each bowl comes together, with visual handouts along the way. The tour covers Nezu and Central Ueno, two neighborhoods that reflect Tokyo's older, quieter side.
